I'm extra broke because I screwed up and spent a few million credits putting equipment on one of the tier 10 rentals that the game gave me, thinking I could use it in ranked, but. I guess I'll sit tight til I can earn more coal and get one of the tier 9 ones. These will help you earn more coal ships and steel ships. The tier 10 are worth a supercontainer and a coupon 1x per year. Each tier 8-9 ship is worth 75 steel 2x per year. You should expand your tech tree fleet as much as you can - each tier 5-7 ship is worth 750 coal 2x per year. Are these tier 9 ones that much better earning? I probably should've asked here before spending money on those crates and just bought a gold ship outright. I already had the tier 6 Anshan & Warspite. I bought 8 mega crates and got the tier 5 Hood and two weeks of premium time. Are the lower coal ships not good at making credits? I can buy a Flint or Duke of York, both tier 7. But I'm about 40,000 short in coal with the coupon they have to get any of these credit earning 9s. I hope to have a tier 10 soon to earn steels in ranked. Most are 228,000 coal (Neustra is more) but are they all equally good at earning coal? I've got 128K coal now, and 1748 steel. But in the Armory if I click "enhanced credit income" - it shows a that coal ships with that are all tier 9. I have mostly Japanese ships so that would be ideal. I've started playing more and I wanted to get a good credit earner.
